Bob Deville has been a successful real-estate entrepreneur over the last 30 years. Operating on the west coast, he founded and led two of the nation’s leading independent real estate companies, each of which ranked among the top 10 nationally. Bennion Deville Homes, which is now a part of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services of America, still operates throughout Southern California, where it remains the top brokerage in both listing and sales volume.
His second company, Avenue Properties, operates in Seattle, where it is a part of the Compass network and continues to dominate the high-end residential market. Both companies were known as exceptionally client-focused and built their reputations on offering exceptionally attentive service to discriminating buyers and sellers.
Bob retired after selling his companies and has been a Florida resident for nearly three years, enjoying the warm weather and year-round boating and fishing. It didn’t take long, however, for him to recognize the Fort Lauderdale area’s potential for a truly client-centered brokerage to serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers of both single-family and condominium properties.
Bob has entered the Fort Lauderdale real-estate market full-time, where he offers clients the same attention to detail and works with same care and integrity for which he has been known throughout his career.
